As a BJP supporter, I think Yeddy needs a spanking!

1st June, 08

Dear Sri Yeddyurappa

Hearty congratulations and good wishes to you and BJP for the exemplary performance and stepped in the southern Region. Pray God to bless with all prosperities in your new path for the good of the people of this country.

But you have created peculiar circumstances, which give us a doubt whether you could fulfill the aspirations of the People, to complete the term. From the very beginning you started fighting, and created the dissidents, within 24 hours of swearing-in ceremony. You should have settled the matter with Mr Shettar and others, beforehand through High command to avoid ugly scenes shown in the Media. It is shameful for us who elected you. The mishandling of BJP in 2004 missed a good chance for a 2nd term at the Centre, the India Shining and the stampede in sari distribution, worked against you. But it seems you have not learnt any lessons from the past. Be alert, otherwise the cunning opposition would topple your Govt, with the aid of the Media, early.

It is ridiculous on your part to conduct a Pooja inside CM’s Office in the Vidhan Soudha, which is a public place. In a secular democratic Country, such religious activities should not be allowed and it is most improper. We sympathize for your superstitions. The worst of it is, you permitted the function to be flashed in the Media with photos and many have started protesting. This had to be done privately.

Please understand that all other parties and almost all Media are against BJP and you should not fall in their net. We consider you as an Honest Politician capable of completing the term of the Govt. Do not remove the soil under your feet or defeated by self goals. We are sympathizers of BJP for many years and wish to see you in the saddle for long years. Avoid controversial statements and think twice before taking any decision. This is the last chance for BJP and if you fail, never again the people would support you. The dissidents problem should be solved immediately by involving your top leaders. With good wishes and Pray God to bless you with strength to govern the people of Karnataka to their satisfaction, irrespective of religion, caste or language.

Yours sincerely,

Money

I am surprised to hear a secular view point from you! We are after all not a family of pseudo seculars!

thats not a fair, justified comment Arun.
bjp have won the elections, riding on all the sympathy of the karnataka junta - like thatha says, its not going to be easy for them to establish in the South if they dont stop fooling around.

dear Arun, sorry you question about my secular attitude. In a country like India, one should be secular, otherwise no place left for him to develop. All are equal, in the eyes of God.We suffered for our past forefathers actions of untouchability and now we suffer harshly. Secularism is Indias cultrure and you should ajust to it.Annathatha
